Eysturoy
Eysturoy is the second largest of the Faroe Islands, 268 sq. km. Almost half of the island's population lives in the cluster of villages scattered by and around the Skálafjord which is the longest fjord of the island.

The island has countless picturesque villages in which tranquillity and charm, caused by the isolation, is dominating.

The island offers countless attractions, in the form of stunning natural landscapes, the highest mountain of the Faroes (Sléttaratindur) offering stunning panoramic views in addition to the countless historical sites.
