Advanced injection-moulding technology is used in the production of Fibox's high-impact polycarbonate enclosures. These products offer water-proof, humidity- and chemical-resistant protection for electrical and computer components and instruments. Many mounting options are possible, and an extensive range of accessories, including hinge kits, panels, mounting rails, and window kits, is available.

All-round durability and quality
Fibox enclosures stand up to the toughest conditions, from the extreme cold of Antarctica to the heat and humidity of the tropics. The company's enclosures are NEMA/ UL (Type 4, 4X, 6, 12 and 13) and IEC IP 54 to 67 rated. In addition, three product lines are rated for use in hazardous areas. Uncompromising quality is the hallmark of Fibox's operations. As evidence of this, the company earned ISO 9001 quality certification for all its operations in 1992.

Meeting customer needs
For special applications, all Fibox enclosures can be machined to customer specifications, using the company's CAD/CAM supported NC system. A customized tooling service is available for longer series, and enclosures can be coloured, painted or screen printed for a colour co-ordinated finish.
