Nuna Bank was established as an independent bank in 1985. However, it has 30 years' experience of banking operations in Greenland, as it was formerly a subsidiary of the Danish savings bank Sparekasse Bikuben AS, with which it continues to have a close business relationship.
The bank has branches in Nuuk, Sisimiut, Qaqortoq, Ilulissat and Maniitsoq.
Nuna Bank has always seen its role as an active participant in the commercial and industrial development of Greenland and its market coverage reflects that strategy.
With a solvency ratio of 21.219%, Nuna Bank has solid foundations on which to continue its role as an active partner in the Greenland community and to satisfy its corporate and private customers' requirements for financial and other banking services.
