We offer travelers an alternative option in accommodation while visiting Iceland. We have on our roster a newly restored, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of downtown Reykjavik. It is situated in the quiet and charming Thingholt district which is one of the oldest residential areas of the Icelandic capital.

The apartment is only a five minute walking distance from Reykjavik's main shopping street Laugavegur where you can find countless restaurants as well as the core of Reykjavik's nightlife.  Also, stops for all public transportation the city has to offer are quite close by.

The house was built in 1904 and fully restored in 1999. Despite it's proximity to the lively restaurant and bar area the neighborhood is very peaceful and free from downtown traffic and noise.

The apartment itself is situated on the first floor. It is 90 square-meters with two large bedrooms and a smaller one to boot. It is elegantly furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette, telephone, internet and TV. The living room is spacious and the bathroom quite modern with an inbuilt Jacuzzi. All linen and towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned upon request.

Breakfast is unfortunately not available but there is a two minute walk to the local grocery store which is open every day between 8:30 and 22:00. A bakery is situated very close by as well.

Check-out time is 11:00.

If you want to make your visit to Reykjavik a memorable, personal and more real experience then this is the right place for you
