Everything is in a short distances from the hotel, the bus terminal is is just around the corner, the Reykjavik harbor is just down the street, the shopping street Laugavegur is just out side the door and that includes all the best restaurants and bars.

Welcome to our spacious 32 room hotel, including our 9 luxury studio apartments, in downtown Reykjavik. We give our heart and pride into a good establishment that will indeed be your home away from home.

As the name points to the hotel is on the fourth floor of a newly built house. Now we also have the first and the second floor. In the house is a elevator and well structured set of stairs for those who want the work-out.

Located in the same house is our Studio 29 café/restaurant. Across the street is a convenience store open 16 hours a day.
