Fourth Floor Guesthouse is located in the Reykjavik Center on the corner of Reykjavik’s largest shopping street, Laugavegur and Snorrabraut.

Everything is in a short distances from the guesthouse, the bus terminal is is just around the corner, the Reykjavik harbor is just down the street, the shopping street Laugavegur is just out side the door and that includes all the best restaurants and bars.

And for those who want to join the locals, dancing the night away on weekends, all the best nightclubs are few minutes away.

The fourth floor guesthouse is a family owned guesthouse, owned by people that put their heart in good and personal service.

After many years in the catering and hospitality business they are opening this well positioned spacious 32 room guesthouse in downtown Reykjavik and giving  their heart and pride into a good establishment that will indeed be your home away from home.

As the name points to the guesthouse is on the fourth floor of a newly build house, and now we also have the first and second floor. In the house is a elevator and well structured set of stairs for those who want the work-out.

Located in the same house is a restaurant, is our Studi 29 café/restaurand. Across the street is a convenience store open 16 hours a day.
