Restaurant
The restaurant comprises the pub and the grill in annexes of the large stable. These facilities seat 200 people and are rented for private assemblies, with or without staff, birthdays, company gatherings, Thorrablot (an Icelandic, yearly event), lectures, meetings etc.

Armot Guesthouse is a two stores building with three double rooms on the second/first floor, one bathroom with shower, another with shower and Jacuzzi, a cozy Koniak Room and a living room. It also has two balconies with excellent view towards the mountains and the Westman Islands on a fine day.

The ground floor comprises two double rooms, one of which suitable for a family of five or five individuals, bathroom with shower, and a guest bathroom. It also offers good kitchen facilities and a dining room for twelve persons. The Guesthouse is also rented to groups, families, and individuals. It is also rented for conferences without overnight stay. It is also rented for group meals, i.e. for participants of surprise and adventure tours.

Ambitious horse breeding
Armot promotes ambitious horse breeding. Only specially selected and trained broodmares are used for breeding with the best available stallions. The broodmares are mostly offsprings of three high quality stallions, Hrafn from Holtsmuli, Ofeigur from Flugumyri, and Orri from Thufa.

The main stallion of the farm is Saer from Bakkakot, an offspring of stallion Orri from Thufa and broodmare Saela from Gerdi, an offspring of Ofeigur from Flugumyri.
