Surface grinding
Cylinder liner surface and seats, cylinders up to one meter in diameter.

Diesel Engine Performance Analyser
Malin 3000, diesel engine performance analyser, provides quick, convenient information on the condition of engines, fuel injection timing, cylinder pressure, combustion press. (PMax), KW per cylinder and an engine's performance.

Most modern scope, for inspection of valve seats and internal cylinder.

Honing
Using Chris Marine diamond tools, dia. 200-1000 mm, or Flex-Hone tools in all sizes.

Laser Rotaligning
Alignment of particular engine parts, using a computer-linked laser deflection indicator, for example, between main engine and gear, motor and pump, etc. The result is printed and the process is repeated until the correct alignment is obtained.

Valve grinding with Hunger tools
All sizes of valves, valve stems range from 6.4 mm to 65 mm.

Valve seats with Hunger or Kwik Way tools
Grinding valve seats, diameter range from 25 mm to 300 mm.

Change of cooled or non-cooled valve seats, for example, in M.A.K. and WARTSILA.

Diesel tuning - skilful and extensive service
Authorized Diesel Workshop, with a fine reputation for skilful and extensive service. Equipped with a pump test stand for all sizes of free standing fuel pumps. All types of fuel systems serviced and tested, including in-line- and rotary fuel pumps and injectors.

All sizes of turbo chargers repaired.
Turbo charger rotors, shafts, pump impellers etc. balanced in a new computerized horizontal balancing machine.
