to mention the ptarmigan, ducks, cormorants, shags, guillemots
and the goose hunting season.
Hunting permits in Iceland can
be arranged and you can import your own firearms, allowing
you to prepare you hunting vacation to Iceland with a short
notice. We reccommend that you contact one or more companies
below and get more information. Foreig citizens who wish to
go hunting in Iceland should obtain a short-term gun license
from the Icelandic Police. In order to obtain a hunting card
in Iceland you must present a valid hunting card or it's
equal.
