The maps are: General Section Map 1:250 000, Touring Map 1:500 000, a new Administration Boundary Map, Vegetation Map along with an overview image of Iceland.

The software provides various possibilities, i.e. one can add text, symbols, and lines and it is easy to measure squares and distances. One can copy and paste maps into other software, as well as print them. With a place name index of over 3000 entries it is simple to search after place names and/or coordinates.
It is possible to link the software with GPS positioning equipment. Installation instructions in English are on the back of the leaflet accompanying the cd but user instructions are on the cd. The cd is intended for PC.
