Cool Dishes
This book is the smaller version of the Icelandic cook book Cool Couisine and it offers a taste of Iceland's most traditional dishes.  Everything from poached lumpfish to smoked lamb; the type of dishes that most Icelanders grew up with and are still cooking.  All the recipes are easy to follow, and using fresh Icelandic ingredients, these traditional dishes are both delicious and fun to cook.

The Author Nanna Rögnvaldsdottir is well known in Iceland for her culinary writings.  Among other writings she has written two large encyclopeadic cookbooks in Icelandic.
