ANKLE FOOT ORTHOSES® (AFO) is an ankle foot orthosis wich is applied externally and provides support, protection and replacement of lost function of the foot. AFOs are utilized to resolve various problems, but sometimes for ankle and knee pain, pelvis, hip and spinal pain. AFOs are commonly used in the treatment of drop foot.
KNEE BRACES®. Ossur designs and manufactures a diverse product line of customized and off-the shelf braces. Their specialty are braces for ligament injuries.
