Reykjavik Cultural Night
The Reykjavik Cultural Night on the 21st August (Annually) is an exciting and eventful long night and one that inhabits of Reykjavik and other Icelander's look forward to, as it marks Reykjavik's anniversary on the 16 August.

Wide variety of activities and happenings
On this night everybody both old and young is able to enjoy a wide variety of activities ranging from traditional art shows, and exhibitions to artistic events in the street that culminat in a massive firework display. There are outdoor concerts and performances, fireworks and fairs, while bars, resturants, shops and galleries stay open late to cater for the many people that come.

The Reykjavik Cultural Night event has become an essential part of the city's cultural scene and once again looks set to be exceptionally ambitious.
