The Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow, and its Bentley sister, the T series, were introduced in 1965 as
 "the most radically new Rolls-Royce cars in 59 years." Included in the new design were features such as: chassis-less construction, all independent self-leveling suspension, disc brakes, high pressure hydraulics for brakes and leveling, and electric seats. Bentley T series are rare, the T2 and the Bentley Corniche even more so. During the years of production very few changes were made to the exterior.
