Shopping at Randburg is 100% secure.
How can we assure this?

All transactions in our shopping center go through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This means that your personal information as well as your credit card information travel in an unreadable form over the Internet until it arrives to us. We use Korta as our transaction opertor and they have many years of experience in handling transactions of this kind. Your data is secure so just sit back, relax and browse through our collection of Icelandic goods.

Return policy
Our return policy is simple.


Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return ordered items for a full refund.
If for any reason you are not pleased with our product, service, or prices, please don't hesitate to contact us. To make a successful return or a replacement order, send us an email at shopping@randburg.com and please specify the following information:

Full name of puchaser, your order number (12 digit number), what you ordered, the date of purchase, and the amount that you paid for the item, and your e-mail address. Please notice that you must indicate the reason for the return/replacement in order to receive a refund or a credit. You should expect to receive your credit or refund four weeks from the date that we receive your returned item.

We cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error.

If you paid by credit card, your card will be charged back; if you paid by check, you will receive a refund check.

When returning items to our Customer Service Center, please indicate the reason for your return.

Shipping costs
Shipping cost is always added to the total  price of your order.

It depends on where you live and how heavy the order is how much you have to pay. You can always find further information about the shipping costs on each order page. Or you can send us an e-mail message with your questions and concerns.
