Solvalla apartment is a newly refurbished apartment, with a temporary design in a peaceful neighbourhood near the center of Reykjavik, ideal for both short and long stays in Reykjavik.

The apartment sleeeps 4 persons comfortably; one bedroom with double bed. Linen and towels provided. Living room contains sleeping sofa, sleeping 2, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player

Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Fully equipped kitchen, with oven/cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Separate dining area. From balcony possible view of ocean and Snaefellsglacier. The apartment is cleaned upon every 3rd day.

Walking distance to main shopping street, cafes, museums, restaurants, pubs and embassies in city center is 10 mins. Very popular local swimming pool is in 10 min walking distance. There is a supermarket accross the street, open mon-fri 9.00-21, sat 10-21 and sun 11-20.

Located near the harbour

The apartment is also very close to the harbour, where it can be very lively and even possible to stop for some coffee in a quaint local coffeehouse, otherwise full of local fishermen. If guests want to go beyond walking distances, the nearest bus stop is in 1 min walking distance.
