Super ATV/Quad Tours

One of the best if not just the best way to experience the ruff wilderness of Iceland is to go super ATV/Quad biking in the lava fields of Bololdusvaedi area. Located only 15-20 minutes from Reykjavik it's the perfect escape, whether you only have few minutes to spare or on the way to see more of this most beautiful country in the world, our atv´s/quads are the perfect stop. You will be seeing lava fields, black sands, scary mountains and vision to steam coming up from the ground.

The tour

There can be one or two persons on each bike. The bikes are save and good instructions given before the tour starts. Every rider gets overall clothing and off course a helmet, because your safety is very important to us. That's why we only let you in to the hands of our very experienced guides.

When

There are scheduled tours every day all year. Also you can always call for a private tour which can be from 1 hour to full day action.

1 Hour Drive with 2 options:

Drive up a small mountain towards a black sanded valley. In the valley we follow tracks that lead us towards the end of it were we turn around.
Drive through a lava field on tracks that are both rocky, sandy and mud towards a monument by Blafjallaafleggjari. From there we follow a path by the airport which takes us to the original path and back home.

Half a day journey:

follow tracks on Hengilsarea, seeing on the way drilling holes and hot springs.
We drive through lava and rivers on our way towards Nesjavallaleid where end location is a thin floating lava formations which are amazing and out of reach.

Full day Journey:

Combination of all above

Surroundings

Where else can you see black sand, green moss and fields of lava on the same spot. We are located in the hills above Reykjavik witch also holds the biggest motocross and enduro tracks site in Iceland, so there will be plenty of action and beautiful trail to use.
