Buying an Icelandic horse

If you are interested in buying your dream horse then let us help you. We have all kinds of Icelandic horses for sale, both riding horses and breeding horses. We also have a wide selection of young breeding prospects for sale, stallions and mares. If we don’t have your dream horse for sale at our farm we help you locate it. We offer complete service with buying the horse, getting a veterinary health exam, and exporting the horse if you live outside Iceland. If you don’t want to export it right away, we can board your horse for you.

Breeding Icelandic horses

We have a breeding herd of twenty five top quality brood mares. We only use elite stallions such as Orri frá Þúfu, Aron frá Strandarhöfði, Þóroddur frá Þóroddsstöðum, Stáli frá Kjarri and many more.

Training Iceland horses

We run a training center with excellent facilities for horse work. Spacious horse barn with an indoor arena and excellent trails make optimal conditions to work with horses for all purposes, whether it is to train your young horse, or do more advanced training with your riding horse or your show horse.

Riding Clinics for Icelandic horses

Offering riding clinics internationally, we travel all over Europe and North-America to teach people to ride the Icelandic horse. Educated riding teachers emphasize teaching you to ride the tolt, the natural gait of the Icelandic horse. We are also licensed judges for both sport and breeding shows, and can judge a show for you. We can set up clinics and / or shows for private parties or horse clubs in your area.
