| The Azuolynas is a
modern and distinctive hotel in Juodkrante, on the west coast of the
Curonian
Lagoon. This cosy and well-planned hotel can accommodate 20 guests, offering
single and double rooms and suites. All rooms have modern showers and toilets; the suites also have refrigerators and satellite TV. With its own boiler-house, the hotel can always guarantee guests a supply of hot water. The hotel is in a pine-grown valley in the dunes; the site is regarded as one of the best holiday resorts in Lithuania. A 1.6-km path has been constructed to give guests access to the sea. Yachts, rowboats and water-bicycles can be hired on the shore of the lagoon. For those staying for longer periods , excursions are organized to Nida, Klaipeda, Kaliningrad, Palanga and Vilnius. A 200-man conference room is available in the hotel, and also medical and hairdressing services. There is a tennis court on the hotel grounds. The hotel's spacious restaurant serves all meals, and in addition there is a café, three café-bars and a Paintings and graphics by Lithuanian artists are displayed in the hotel corridors, and souvenirs, ceramics and handmade linen goods can be purchased. |
