Information Technologies has acquired experience in developing information systems by carrying out information system projects in major state institutions such as the Seimas (Parliament), the Ministry of the Interior, Lithuanian Energy, the Social Insurance Institution and the Lithuanian Geological Survey. Since 1992, Information Technologies has had an exclusive right to represent Oracle Corporation in Lithuania and to offer Oracle Education and Technical Support services. Established in 1995, the Oracle Training Centre at the Information Technologies office provides Oracle training courses for database administrators, information system developers and managers.

The main Oracle clients served by Information Technologies are the Seimas, the Government, the Bank of Lithuania, Telecom of Lithuania, the Customs Department, the Ministry of Finance, Lithuanian Energy and other industrial and trade enterprises. Oracle controls an exceptionally big part of the Lithuanian market of database management systems -- more than 80%.
