For multi-family dwellings and commercial buildings, Katra offers a complete line of state-of-the-art ultrasonic and electromagnetic heat and water meters. Our meters feature microprocessor based electronics and easy to maintain metering tubes. A variety of options are available; some that deliver data right to the customer’s desktop. Once a meter is installed, no scheduled user maintenance is required. Customers benefit immediately from reduced water and heating bills; cost savings of over 30% are common.

For single-family dwellings, Katra produces hot and cold water meters. These meters, marketed under the SaMeCo brand, Ktra produces as a part of a partnership agreement with the Landis & Staefa Corporation of Switzerland.
