Due to the fact that Klaipeda is located in one of the most competitive environments on the east coast of the Baltic, competition from other ports in the region keeps Klaipeda continually striving to be the best. The largest Ro-Ro ferry vessels of the Baltic go to the Klaipeda International Ferry Port.

The Klaipeda-Kiel ferry line is served by 3 vessels: the Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga. The constantly increasing demand for services on this route was the reason for adding one more vessel to the Lithuanian shipping company's fleet. The arrival of this vessel makes it possible to offer six return sailings per week to Kiel. The duration of the one-way journey to Kiel is 30 hours. Each vessel is able to carry 100 trailers and up to 200 passengers. When you step aboard you'll soon experience the warmhearted attention of the crew doing their best to make your journey as pleasant as possible. Six categories of cabins are available. During sailing you can enjoy good food and drinks in good company at our bars and restaurants or visit the duty-free shop. This means the emphasis is on relaxing rather than driving, if you are taking your car with you. Additionally, you will avoid long and exhausting travelling on the roads of Poland. You should travel with style and safety, not in a hurry. Three meals a day are included in the ticket price.

The ferry terminal has been modernized significantly in recent years. A computer-aided trailer trucking system was installed. Every trailer has a parking number and strict order is observed while loading and discharging. Modern SISU tractors driven by qualified operators are used for the trailer shuttle service at the terminal. Services such as transport insurance and communications (phone, fax, telex), car rental and transportation from the ticket office to the ferry terminal were introduced. There is a waiting hall for passengers and a lounge bar at the terminal. Hotel reservations are also available at our office. Everything here is at your service, which makes your journey comfortable and saves you time.
