In 1993 the plant was registered as Kuro aparatura with 68% of shares in private ownership. The company's starting capital was more than USD 10.8 million. The annual turnover is USD 26 million. There are over 3000 employees (workers, engineers, service staff) working in the company. Most of them have long working experience as well as a professional attitude, as is common for the Lithuanian labour force.

The main production lines are the following; fuel injection equipment for diesel engines, nozzles for diesel engines, injectors, high-pressure fuel distributing pumps and their spare parts.

In addition the fuel equipment company manufactures consumer and household goods and precision steel casting based on investment patterns with weights from 0.2 to 5 kg for the company's needs or on request.

To see to equipment maintenance and repair during the warranty period the company has created 56 service stations in the Baltic states and the CIS countries. There is a network of 16 service enterprises in Lithuania and abroad: in Russia, the Ukraine and the Middle East. The Belarus and Vladimirovec tractors in which the company's fuel equipment is installed are used in many countries of the world.

The company's production meets the requirements of international standard ISO 9001-87. The Quality System Certificate was awarded in 1993 and has been renewed every year since.
