Staying in self-catering apartments is a great way to explore a new area in depth, extend stay to visit friends or relatives or perhaps for business colleges traveling with family or a group of friends. It's the perfect "home away from home."

Staying in an apartment can save you money, as it is often much less expensive than a hotel. You are kindly welcome to make private accommodation in individual luxurious furnished apartments with all amenities without a host in Vilnius Old Town or Centre.

All apartments are turn-key: telephone, cable-TV, electric, gas included. Apartments properly decorated and fully-furnished. The rooms are regularly serviced, but there is no "room service". You are staying "en familial", not at a full service hotel.

Prices for short or long term stays / rental discounts
Rates run for a short time stay: for singles $30-$50 US, doubles $50-$70 US, triples $70-$80 US per night. For stays of more than a week, each extra night is charged pro rata, as 1/5th of the rate.

Rents for one-bedroom apartment in the center of Vilnius start at $500 US /monthly. Discounts are offered for long lets. The prices are not fixed. It is possible bargaining for less cost of rental fee depending on payment conditions: by installments or in advance. All payments in Lithuanian litas.
