LAPA Ltd. is a Latvian-Norwegian joint venture which was established in 1991 in Riga. Our aim is to supply first class world shipping companies with crews from the Baltic States, Russia, Belorus and the Ukraine. LAPA Ltd. provides crews for all types of vessels in compliance with flag state standards and STCW-95 requirements.

All seamen engaged by LAPA Ltd. have basic and flag state training in accordance with their position, vessel trade, and the STCW 95 requirements.

The LAPA Maritime Training Centre offers a wide range of training, research and consultancy to the Maritime and offshore organisations. The training programmes of LAPA Ltd. are approved and licensed by the Latvian Maritime Authorities.
