Oslo - a
melting pot of business opportunities Oslo is an exciting city, with night life attractions rivaling most other major European cities. There are many restaurants, night-clubs, theatres, a wide choice of musical performances, museums and films (foreign films are not dubbed, but have subtitles). Bounded by Oslo Fjord in the south and unspoiled natural woodlands to the north and east, the city of Oslo is situated in surroundings the likes of which few other major cities boast. Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø all have long traditions of local patriotism and cultural conservatism. Stavanger has grown and changed rapidly in recent years, but has managed to preserve some of the beautiful, original, old wooden architecture. |
