International
co-operation There has been more extensive co-operation between the Nordic countries since 1945, and Norway was one of the co-founders of the Nordic Council in 1952 (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden). Throughout the years, the Nordic countries have become more closely integrated. A number of laws have been standardized, and there is close co-operation between the five countries. |
