The business idea is to promote the export activities of the participating companies by marketing selected products and services towards the Development Bank market in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. All major contracts are carried out by the partner companies, either by one of them acting as main contractor or in joint ventures.
The vision is to bring the Norwegian mapping environment into a leading position in niches of the GIT market. Our capacity and know-how comprise digital mapping, on and off shore, as well as systems and expertise to undertake data processing and management of geographic information. GIT technologies and skills are essential to cope with challenges related to infrastructure development, land management, resource exploitation, environmental protection and safe navigation in narrow waters.
