T. Skretting AS is the world's largest single producer of salmon and trout feed. The company, which was established in 1899, originally focused on the agricultural market. T. Skretting AS has been involved in the fish farming industry in Norway since the first farms were established in the sixties. By the end of 1994, 200 people were employed by the company which has had a good, sound sales turnover. Production takes place at three factories which are geographically located in South, Mid and Northern Norway. The company's head office is situated in Stavanger (South Norway). Besides the three production facilities, the company has branch offices strategically located along the entire Norwegian coastline. T. Skretting AS has therefore close direct contact with the market and its customers.

T. Skretting AS is a part of Nutreco Aquaculture, which as a group supplies almost half of the total world market of salmon and trout feed.
